When you submit the contact form, we process the data you voluntarily provide: your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you enter one) and the content of your message. For technical and security purposes, our web host may temporarily keep standard server logs (for example your IP address).
We use the data you provide solely to handle your enquiry and to get back to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or your consent given by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).
We keep enquiry data only for as long as is necessary to handle it and to communicate with you afterwards, but no longer than 1 year from the last contact, unless a specific regulation requires a longer period.
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our web hosting provider (Slovak Telekom, a.s.) and the provider of the mailbox that receives enquiries (WebSupport s.r.o.) may have access to it as processors, strictly to the extent needed to operate the website and handle your enquiry. We do not transfer the data outside the European Union.
This website uses only the essential technical storage needed to remember your choice about cookies. We do not use analytical or marketing cookies to track visitors.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, as well as the right to object to the processing and to withdraw your consent at any time.
